Teini & Caffettini specializes in the creation of hand-painted ceramic and porcelain tableware. Products are available in both standard and customized versions.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products on the website, including images, colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, given the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shade, or decoration placement may occur. Such differences are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not to be considered defects.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
The order confirmation sent to your email address constitutes acceptance of your offer and concludes a binding contract between the parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example, if a product is unavailable, there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, or an error has been found in the price or product description.
In such cases, we will inform you promptly, and if payment has already been made, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Customized products
For customized products, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information, texts, images, or any other content you provide to us.
By submitting content for customization, you declare that:
- You own the content or have the right to use it.
- The content does not infringe on intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
- The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse a customization request if we believe that the submitted content is inappropriate or its creation would violate current regulations.
Production of a customized order begins only after your final written approval of the graphic draft.
Once approved, customization cannot be canceled or modified due to a change of mind.

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where required by current regulations.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider.
We accept the payment methods indicated during checkout.
We do not store your complete payment card details.
